Whole Wheat Couscous pilaf

Ingredients
*1 1/4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth, or water
*1 1/2 cups whole wheat couscous
*1 tbsp butter
*1/2 tsp hot sauce
*1/4 tsp salt
*1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
*pepper to taste

Prep
1. Combine broth or water, butter hot sauce and salt in a small saucepan with a tight fitting lid and bring to a boil.
2. Stir in couscous and remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Uncover, fluff with fork, add parsley, season with pepper.
